Book with Confidence, Cruise with Ease!
At Palapa Tours, we believe that your adventure should be unforgettable—and fairly priced. That’s why we proudly offer our Lowest Price Guarantee on all of our experiences.
🌴 What Does That Mean?
If you find the same product at a lower price within three days of booking or while you’re in Ottawa, we’ll refund you the difference. No fine print. No hassle. Just sunshine, savings, and smooth sailing.
🧐 What About Those Other Sites Offering “Cheaper” Tours?
We get it. You’re planning a vacation or an unforgettable experience with friends, and a quick Google search shows third-party sites advertising our tours at a slightly lower price. Here’s the truth:
- ✅ Resellers often add hidden fees at checkout – service charges, booking fees, and taxes that sneak up at the last minute.
- ✅ You’re not always booking what you think – sometimes tours are rescheduled or modified without your knowledge.
- ✅ You lose direct contact – if anything changes or you need to update your reservation, you’re stuck dealing with a middleman instead of our friendly team.
When you book directly with us, you’re not only getting the best price, but also:
- 🚤 Direct communication with our staff
- 📅 Priority booking options
- 🍹 Insider perks like drink vouchers and early-bird upgrades
- 💬 Real-time help if you need to change plans
💡 Why Our Guarantee Matters
Planning a memorable experience shouldn’t feel like a game of price tag ping-pong. Our Lowest Price Guarantee gives you peace of mind so you can focus on what really matters: having a blast on the water, soaking in the views, and enjoying those sweet tropical vibes.
We love seeing guests choose us confidently, knowing they got the best deal possible—without compromise, confusion, or hidden fees.
✅ Bottom Line:
Found a lower price elsewhere for the same cruise? Show us, and we’ll match it.
Already booked? No worries—if you spot a lower price within three days, we’ll refund the difference.
So go ahead, grab your flip-flops, round up your crew, and book that Palapa experience with confidence.
Because life’s too short for buyer’s remorse… and full price. 🌺
