Depending on your needs, we can put together a package that will leave lasting impressions for all your guests. You are welcome to bring your own food. All drinks are supplied by Palapa Tours

3 PACKAGE OPTIONS:
BASIC OUTING – no need to chat with us. Simply go online and find a date and time that works for you. You can reserve individual seats on any one of our boat tours (great as a gift or small group outing). Of course, when booking individual tickets, you may be joined by other guests. Alternatively, you may choose to charter the whole boat. Each Palapa Boat Tour can accommodate up to 12 passengers. The charter price is the equivalent of purchasing ten tickets. However, with a charter, you choose your music, and the route you want to take. There are no blackout dates for these bookings and the prices vary depending on the day you book. All tours last 90 minutes.
Book two cruises back to back and we add 30 minutes at no extra cost. Bigger team? Book both boats side by side: they leave at the same time and take up to 24 guests.
DRINK & FOOD OPTIONS
When it comes to food and drink you have a few choices.
FOOD: Bring your own or ask our sales reps for a recommendation. Whether you are looking for a charcuterie board, cheese platter or simple finger foods, Ottawa has a wide variety of choices to tantalize your tastebuds. You can arrange to pick up your order or have it delivered at your specified date and time. We are flexible.
DRINKS: Palapa tours can offer specialized bottle service if there is something specific you would like to offer. As for the regular drinks, you have a few option for your guests.
- Cash Bar: This is a pay as you go option. You provide the tour, they are responsible for their drinks.
- Drink Tickets: You can offer your guests a specific amount of drinks and anything more is on them. We will include the tickets in your invoice.
- Open Bar: All drinks on you. We will tabulate the bill and you can pay at the end of the tour.
